Description:
SDR852 lens transmittance tester is to use visible light (blue light) 450nm light source, ultraviolet light source 365nm and visible light source 550nm light source to irradiate the transparent substance under test. The sensor detects the incident light intensity of the three light sources and the light intensity after passing through the transparent substance under test, and the ratio of the transmittance to the incident light intensity is the transmittance. Expressed as a percentage.
Blue light is an important component of visible light, and unlike ultraviolet light, it is not only present in sunlight,also exists in a large number of computer monitors (whether LED or CCFL), digital electronic product displays, mobile phones,TV, even car headlights, neon lights. Blue light (high energy short wavelength blue light) is one of the causes of eye strain, First, anti-blue glasses, anti-blue light protective film and other products can play a certain protective effect on the eyes, especially for a long time, People who work by staring at electronic screens. Blue light is the light generated by LED screens such as computers and mobile phones, which can be used
The wavelength of light in the optical range is between 400nm and 500nm, and the wavelength of high energy blue light is between 440nm and 460nm.The blue light transmittance tester plays a very important role in the production, inspection and sales of anti-blue light products.
Parameters:
l Instrument dimensions: 200*180*106mm(L*W*H)
l Minimum test object size:¢1.0mm
l Instrument weight: 1500g
l Resolution: 0.1%
l Measurement accuracy:±1%
l Blue light: 440nm-460nm, center wavelength:450nm (customized center wavelength 460nm)
l Ultraviolet: 200nm-380nm, central wavelength 365nm
l Visible light: 380nm-760nm, central wavelength 550nm
l Power supply: 9V AC/DC power supply
Instrument operation:
1: Plug in the power and turn on the power switch of the tester. The instrument first performs self-test and self-calibration. After the self-calibration is completed, the display values of the three displays are "100", indicating that the transmittance is 100% when there is no measured object.
2: Place the object to be tested in the test position. Three displays display the transmittance of the subject to UV 365nm, blue 450nm and visible 550nm wavelengths respectively.
Instrument characteristics:
1.The three test holes all have alignment indicator LEDs, which are used to align the holes of the mobile phone lens during the test process.
2.Especially suitable for testing the infrared transmittance and visible light transmittance of mobile phone lenses.
3. The instrument has a real-time dynamic self-calibration function and automatically calibrates to 100% transmittance after powering on.
4. The minimum test object size is ¢1.0mm.
5. Stainless steel desktop design, beautiful appearance, convenient for placing the measured object, and easy to operate.
Usage steps and precautions:
1. Connect the instrument to the dedicated power supply, keep the test position empty, and turn on the instrument switch;
2. Place the object under test into the test position;
3. The display window shows the transmittance of the tested object to blue light 450nm, visible light 550nm and ultraviolet 365nm respectively;
4. When the instrument is not in use, please turn off the power;
5. The instrument performs self-test and self-calibration when it is turned on. The test position must be empty, otherwise the self-calibration cannot be completed;
6. Avoid contact with corrosive items and stay away from high temperature and high humidity environments;
7.Occasionally, when there is no test object, the displayed data cannot return to 100. Just shut down and restart the instrument immediately.
8. When used continuously for a long time, due to the luminous efficiency of the LED light source (the temperature of the LED light source increases, the efficiency decreases), the data in the three windows may not be displayed as 100. In this case, please turn off the power of the instrument and restart the self-test and self-test. Calibration does not affect measurement accuracy and normal use;
