Description:

SDR850B lens transmittance tester is to use an infrared 850nm light source, an infrared 940nm light source and a visible 550nm light source to illuminate the transparent substance being tested. The sensors respectively detect the incident light intensity of the three light sources and the light that passes through the transparent substance being tested. Intensity, the ratio of the transmitted light intensity to the incident light intensity is the transmittance, expressed as a percentage.

Smartphones have light sensors and distance sensors. The light sensor can automatically adjust the screen brightness, etc. The distance sensor can sense the distance between the phone and the person's face during a call and automatically turn off the screen to prevent the face from accidentally touching the screen.

There are usually two small holes on the lens of a smartphone for infrared penetration of the light sensor and distance sensor. There is also a slightly larger hole for the camera. The infrared penetration ability of these two small holes in the lens directly affects the performance of the light sensor and distance sensor of the smartphone. All this infrared transmittance index is very important. the main plane of the lens, the camera hole and the light and distance sensor hole also have light transmittance index requirements.

Instrument operation:

1: Plug in the power and turn on the power switch of the tester. The instrument first performs self-test and self-calibration. After the self-calibration is completed,the display values of the three displays are "100", indicating that the transmittance is 100% when there is no measured object.

 

2: Place the object under test into the test position. The three displays respectively display the transmittance of the measured object to infrared 850nm, infrared 940nm and visible light 550nm wavelengths.

 

Instrument characteristics:

1. The three test holes all have alignment indicator LEDs, which are used to align the holes of the mobile phone lens during the test process.

2. Especially suitable for testing the infrared transmittance and visible light transmittance of mobile phone lenses;

3. The instrument has a real-time dynamic self-calibration function and automatically calibrates to 100% transmittance after powering on;

4. The minimum test object size is 0.5mm.

6. On the stainless steel table, glue a lens positioning piece to fix it to facilitate batch testing of lenses on the production line.


Usage steps and precautions:

1. Connect the instrument to the dedicated power supply, keep the test position empty, and turn on the instrument switch;

2. Place the object under test into the test position;

3. The display window displays the transmittance of the measured object to infrared 850nm, infrared 940nm and visible light 550nm respectively;

4. When the instrument is not in use, please turn off the power;

5. The instrument performs self-test and self-calibration when it is turned on. The test position must be empty, otherwise the self-calibration cannot be completed;

6. Avoid contact with corrosive items and stay away from high temperature and high humidity environments;

7.Occasionally, when there is no test object, the displayed data cannot return to 100. Just shut down and restart the instrument immediately.

8. When used continuously for a long time, due to the luminous efficiency of the LED light source (the temperature of the LED light source increases, the efficiency decreases), the data in the three windows may not be displayed as 100. In this case, please turn off the power of the instrument and restart the self-test and self-test. Calibration does not affect measurement accuracy and normal use;
