[Standard Verification Certificate]: The NIM verified three instruments manufactured by our company

Source:Date:2026-08-20Pageview:0

Recently, three types of ultraviolet radiation illuminance meters produced by Speedre the TS560-E365 (UVA 365 nm), TS560-E297 (UVB 310 nm), and TS560-E254 (UVC 254 nm) have completed a full set of calibration procedures at the National Institute of Metrology (NIM), the country's highest-level metrology research institution. All three instruments have passed the calibration and are now eligible for use as standard-level ultraviolet radiation illuminance meters.

This verification was conducted in strict compliance with the JJG 879-2015 "Verification Procedure for Ultraviolet Radiation Efficometer," with the verification performed in a dark chamber maintained at a temperature of (23.9 ± 1.0) °C and a humidity of (70 ± 2)% RH. Utilizing the National Ultraviolet Radiation Efficence Reference Device, multi-gradient irradiance measurements were carried out using standard light sources corresponding to respective wavelength bands; these measurements encompassed zero-point verification, visual inspection, and multi-range indication validation, comprehensively assessing core metrological performance indicatorsincluding instrument spectral matching, indication error, and measurement repeatability.

Performance of three probe calibration tests in actual measurements

(1)TS560-E365

UV-A1 wavelength range: 320 nm390 nm; peak wavelength λp = 365 nm ± 5 nm

Calibration light source: Blacklight high-pressure mercury lamp; Measurement uncertainty: Urel = 3.6% (k = 1)

The full-range correction factor exhibits minimal variation and demonstrates excellent consistency across both high-and low irradiance points; it is suitable for a variety of UVA industrial applicationsincluding industrial UV curing, printing and coating processes, lithographic defect inspection, 3D printing, polymer aging tests, fluorescence detection, and light source R&D calibrationand can be utilized for process comparison and equipment calibration.

(2)TS560-E297

UV-310 wavelength range: 290 nm320 nm; peak wavelength λp = 310 nm ± 5 nm

Calibration light source: UVB ultraviolet fluorescent lamp; Measurement uncertainty: Urel = 4.1% (k = 1)

This device is widely used for UV aging test chambers, photobiological research experiments, studies on the UVB component of simulated sunlight, testing of phototherapy equipment, agricultural light exposure research, and environmental UV radiation monitoring. It is suitable for weathering aging tests on materials and method validation in scientific research laboratories, and can be utilized for inter-laboratory comparisons to ensure the reproducibility of experimental data.

(3)TS560-E254

UV-254 wavelength range: peak wavelength λp = 254 nm ± 2 nm; peak half-width △λ ≤ 10 nm

Calibration light source: Low-voltage mercury lamp; Measurement uncertainty: Urel= 4.1% (k = 1)

All zero-point and visual inspection requirements are met; the mid-and low-range correction factor exhibits high stability. This device offers precise measurement performance when used with traditional low-pressure mercury lamp disinfection sources, making it suitable for acceptance testing of ultraviolet disinfection efficacy in hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, water treatment plants, and the food industry.

TS560 Series Core Advantages

(1)Intelligent touchscreen host comprehensive data traceability management

7.3-inch HD touchscreen; simultaneous acquisition of three parameters irradiance, UV energy, and temperature; automatic range switching, data storage functionality, and USB/RS485 data export supporting both offline sampling for laboratory use and online UV monitoring integration with production lines; facilitates the retention of raw data and meets system audit requirements.

(2)Interchangeable split probe; full-waveband coverage (UVAUVBUVC)

The TS560 touchscreen host can be paired with the E365/E297/E254 multi-probe kit, providing comprehensive coverage for three mainstream applications industrial UV curing, UVB aging testing for research purposes, and UVC disinfection testing thereby reducing procurement costs for multi-band measurement systems in both laboratories and production lines.

(3)Multi-point gradient detection both strong and weak light sources ensure optimal measurement performance.

All three probes have undergone testing across four graded irradiance levels, covering the low, medium, and high measurement ranges; both the zero-point check and visual inspection have been successfully passed. The instrument's linearity and repeatability comply with the standard-level specifications, meeting the requirements for both low-light detection and industrial high-light testing applications.

(4)Can seamlessly pass third-party metrological verification; offers strong metrological compatibility.

The main unit and probe demonstrate excellent performance; they have successfully passed metrological assessments conducted by third-party metrology institutions, fully meeting the mandatory requirements for equipment traceability as stipulated in system audits and project acceptance processes.

The successful passing of these three ultraviolet irradiance meters through rigorous evaluations conducted by national-level authorities not only represents an authoritative validation of SudeRui's product metrological performance but also serves as a significant endorsement of our R&D and quality control efforts. This recognition is not the end point, but rather a new starting point on the journey of product iteration.

Moving forward, Speedre will continue to uphold its commitment to measurement accuracy standards, integrating the performance specifications verified during this national calibration campaign into every stage of its product development, component selection, and final factory inspection processes. The Speedre will continuously refine its UV detection product seriesoptimizing detector spectral matching and overall system stabilitywhile deepening its expertise in real-world industry application scenarios, catering to both high-precision laboratory testing requirements and the demanding operating conditions encountered in industrial field deployments. With its robust hardware and comprehensive technical support, Speedre is dedicated to delivering reliable and trustworthy UV measurement solutions for research institutions, industrial manufacturing enterprises, and third-party testing clients.
